The Ranger Tug Company Presents; The R-31

Picture
The whisper of something new and exciting coming out of Ranger Tugs started to circulate a year or two ago. Word had it it would be a 34 footer! As time went by, it was confirmed that yes, a larger Ranger Tug was indeed in the works  however, it would be an R-31. This would allow for those of you with adventure in your blood to tow such a beast... After all, the length of our truck and trailer combination when towing Karma is 63 feet. The R-31 would be closer to 66 feet over all length!

The factory decided that the debut of the R-31 would be in their hometown of Seattle at the 2012 Boat Show.  The new R-31 sports a very large cockpit made so by a concept never before seen on a boat, "Gull Wing Seating". Along with the "Gull Wing" seating, there is a bench seat and a table for dining alfresco in the cockpit.

The foredeck also features a bench seat and table for your added dining pleasure.

The biggest change is a collapsable fly bridge. The fly bridge comes complete with all instrumentation.

The interior is very much along the same lines as the R-29 with just a couple of small changes, The dinette table now folds in half and then converts to a "Lounger". The mid-ship stateroom comes complete with an a day head.

The "Boat Show" price for the R-31 is $299,900.

Word has it....... another new Ranger Tug is already on the drawing board!!!! This comes straight from Dave Livingston himself!
